Details

Alumina ceramic plate is made of imported alumina through high-temperature sintering. It has extremely high hardness, corrosion resistance, good chemical stability, and can withstand the impact and wear of high-concentration and large-particle materials for a long time. It is an ideal material for pipeline lining. . The Mohs hardness of alumina ceramic plate can reach 9.0, which is equivalent to above HRC90.

Weldable alumina ceramic tiles is also called orifice plate. As the name suggests, there is a hole in the middle. The liner is fixed by sticking first and then welding. The middle hole is welded to the steel plate with an iron bowl, and finally filled with a porcelain cap to achieve the effect of double-layer fixing. It is more suitable for working conditions with high scouring force.
